1. Project context

2. Equipment composition

4. MBR technology

       (1) High-efficiency solid-liquid separation

       MBR process can effectively carry out solid-liquid separation, its separation effect is much better than the traditional sedimentation tank, the effluent quality is good, the effluent suspended matter and turbidity are close to zero, can be directly reused, realizing the sewage resources.

       (2) Microbial interception

       The efficient interception of the membrane makes the microorganisms completely trapped in the bioreactor, realizing the complete separation of the reactor hydraulic residence time (HRT) and sludge age (SRT), and flexible and stable operation control.

       Because MBR combines the aeration tank of the traditional sewage treatment with the secondary sedimentation tank into one and replaces all the process facilities of the tertiary treatment, the footprint can be greatly reduced and the civil engineering investment can be saved.

       (4) High nitrification efficiency

       The MBR process is conducive to the interception and reproduction of nitrification bacteria, and the system nitrification efficiency is high. Deamination and phosphorus removal can also be used through the change of operation mode.

       Chemical oxygen demand (COD): 50 mg/L

       Biochemical oxygen demand (BOD): 10 mg/L

       Suspension matter (SS): 10 mg/L
