Air Flotation Pretreatment:
The air flotation machine, as a pretreatment device, injects air into the wastewater, causing suspended solids to attach to the bubbles and float to the surface, achieving solid-liquid separation. This step effectively removes most of the suspended solids and grease from the wastewater, reducing the burden on subsequent biological treatment. The air flotation machine is suitable for treating oily wastewater, printing and dyeing wastewater, algae-containing wastewater, etc., and has a good treatment effect on hydrophobic suspended solids and destabilized colloidal particles.

AO Biological Treatment System:
The AO system is the core part of the equipment, consisting of an anaerobic tank and an aerobic tank. In the anaerobic tank, organic matter is decomposed into small organic molecules and carbon dioxide by anaerobic bacteria; in the aerobic tank, aerobic bacteria further decompose these small organic molecules into water and carbon dioxide, while also removing nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus. The AO process not only removes organic matter but also has the function of nitrogen and phosphorus removal, suitable for treating wastewater with less carbon-containing organic matter and low operating costs.
MBR Flat Membrane System:
The MBR system, as the deep treatment part, further removes suspended solids, bacteria, and other microorganisms from the wastewater through the high-efficiency filtration of the flat membrane, achieving a very high standard of treated water quality.
